1. Please see the Availability Chart to check whether your chosen accommodation is currently available for your preferred dates.
2. To make a provisional booking, please contact us either by telephone on +33 (0)2 31 20 67 19 (fixed) or +33 (0)6 20 89 06 84 (mobile), or by email using the Availability Enquiry Form below.
3. To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-returnable deposit and a signed Booking Form (you can click here to download a PDF version of the Self-Catering Booking Form or ask us to send you one).
4. The deposit payments are as follows: 200 euros per week booked for The Cider Press, The Farmhouse or Laizon; 150 euros per week booked for Canon or Ifs.
5. The balance must be paid not less than six weeks before the start date of your holiday. A refundable breakage deposit is also required when paying the balance (300 euros for The Cider Press, The Farmhouse or Laizon; 150 euros for Canon or Ifs).
6. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation. We shall, however, send a reminder.
7. Payments should be payable to "SARL Combray Commerce" and may be made by cheque (in euros) or Banker's Draft. Ccredit and debit cards are also accepted.
8. Prices include gas and household linen (but please bring your own bath towels and swimming towels). A winter fuel charge is applicable from 1st October to 30th April.
9. A taxe de séjour of 0,25 € per night is payable for each person aged 13 years and over. This taxe is payable on arrival.

1. The holiday properties at Coeur de Combray, 14270 Ernes are offered for holiday rental by SARL Combray Commerce.
2. To reserve the properties, please complete and sign the Booking Form and return it with the non-refundable deposit payment (200 euros per week for The Cider Press, Farmhouse or Laizon; 150 euros per week for Canon or Ifs). Upon receipt of the completed Booking Form and first payment, a confirmation will be sent.
3. The balance of the rent is payable not less than six weeks before the start of the rental period - a refundable breakage deposit is also required when paying the balance (300 euros for The Cider Press, Farmhouse or Laizon; 150 euros for Canon or Ifs). If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation. We shall, however, send a reminder. Reservations within six weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
4. The breakages deposit of 150/300 euros does not limit the tenant's liability to the owner. Costs of damages, breakages or failure to leave the property in a clean and orderly condition will be explained and deducted appropriately. Alternatively, a full refund will be made available.
5. We advise comprehensive travel insurance to be taken out at the time of booking, which should include cancellation cover, full cover for the tenant's personal belongings and public liability as the owner’s insurance does not cover these items.
6. The properties will be ready to occupy from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy state.
7. The owner is not liable to the tenant for:
   
   • Any faults or interruption to the supply of public services to Coeur de Combray.
   • Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered as a result of weather conditions, riots, wars, strikes or other matters beyond their control.
   • Any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered if the holiday property becomes uninhabitable before the start of the rental period. In this unfortunate event a full rental refund will be made. No further liability will be accepted by the owner.
8. The tenants and all visitors to Coeur de Combray do so entirely at their own risk. No responsibility will be accepted for injury, loss or damage to property including personal belongings, vehicles and their contents.
